The terms and conditions of the TPA and insurance companies should be thoroughly read for availing the services at The Focus Netralaya.Whether a patient is entitled to full or partial cashless approval depends on the type of insurance policy and terms and conditions of the TPA and insurance companies. The Focus Netralaya facilitates the process of obtaining prior approval for cashless services; however, the hospital is not responsible for denial or partial approval for cashless services.
