Cashless mediclaim services provide the flexibility of availing medical treatment by an Insured person without worrying about the Finances. If a patient has health insurance and has been advised for eye surgery by our doctor, Patient needs to submit the following documents at our TPA desk to enable us to obtain prior approval from insurance agencies for cashless services. The terms and conditions of the TPA and insurance companies should be thoroughly read for availing of the services at The Focus Netralaya. Whether a patient is entitled to full or partial cashless approval depends on the type of insurance policy and terms and conditions of the TPA and insurance companies. The Focus Netralaya facilitates the process of obtaining prior approval for cashless services; however, the hospital is not responsible for denial or partial approval for cashless services.
